Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through the Leato mobile application for Leato Pro subscriptions. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.
1. Subscription Plans
Leato offers the following Pro subscription plans, both of which are one-time purchases (not auto-renewing):
- Leato Pro (Weekly): ₹49 — provides Pro access for 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Leato Pro (Monthly): ₹149 — provides full Pro access for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Access to Pro features begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
2. Cancellation Policy
Since Leato Pro subscriptions are not auto-renewing, there is nothing to "cancel" in the traditional sense. Your Pro access simply expires at the end of your subscription period, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to renew manually.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Leato Pro subscription and the immediate access to premium features, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Not using the Pro features during your subscription period.
- Claiming to be unaware of the subscription price (all prices are clearly displayed before purchase).
4. Exceptional Technical Failures
The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is if a severe technical failure on our end completely prevents you from accessing the Pro features you successfully paid for. If this rare technical issue occurs, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@leato.in so we can manually fix your access. Refunds in these technical scenarios are issued at our sole and absolute discretion.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
